"First I wanted to love these shorts. I bought them in a larger size than I normally do and they were still too small. I was so happy that I purchased the return insurance, only to have them tell me they're charging me and additional $9 for return shipping. What the heck is the "return insurance" for? It took them forever to even acknowledge my return, then to tell me it would be another 10 days before I would receive the partial refund. Then I got the new size. One pair was ok, but the other one was crazy. The crotch was so low, it was like for a person with a super long torso. I'm not returning the new ones because frankly I don't trust the company to issue a timely refund. Will not purchase from this company again. Buyer beware."
