"The dress almost fits perfectly but the material has no give to it and my arms have too much girth…. lol I was able to get the dress on but then couldn’t bend my elbows at all so I needed my spouse to help peel it off. Going up a size in the dress won’t work either because I would be swimming in it"
"The fabric, sun protection, and overall design are excellent, which is why I was so disappointed that the fit didn’t work for me. As a petite customer, the dress is much too long, and the waist sits far too low, making the proportions look off. Simply shortening the hem would not completely solve the issue. I was also surprised that the buttons were sewn on rather poorly. For a dress costing around €220, I expected better attention to detail. I would really love to see Coolibar introduce a Petite collection and XXS sizing. Many petite customers need adjusted proportions, not just narrower widths. I believe this would make your beautiful designs accessible to many more people. I hope you’ll consider these improvements, as I would happily purchase more dresses if they were available in petite sizes."
"Small size very bulky on me. Looks almost shapeless. Fabric not as soft as it looks in the photos, does not have a sense of flow. Sleeve cuffs very bulky."
"I like the merchandise. I don't like that they removed the discount. I called them asking for them to put the discount back on. They said there's nothing that they can do about it. I should return the merchandise and reorder it. When I reordered the merchandise the discount once again disappeared. I called them again asking them to honor the discount that showed up while I was ordering. When I checked out the discount disappeared again. Miracle, the person I spoke to the second time said they aren't responsible for the discounts. She couldn't help me. I canceled the second order. She had a hard time finding the order. I gave her the order number 3 times. I get the impression that they have a bait and swith type of business."
