TOO TIGHT!

"I have ordered from Coolibar for YEARS (like 20. . . . ). I usually order a small and occasionally an extra-small. When I want something "roomy" I might get a medium. I ordered this shirt in a medium (so I could wear a golf shirt under) and I found out it fits like a SMALL. I tried to contact customer service via email (it has been 15 days with no response) and chat (35 minutes with no response) and finally a phone call. After 25 minutes of being on hold I finally talked to someone about an exchange. "I" would have to return this item and pay shipping on the new (larger) item. EVEN THOUGH THIS DOES NOT FIT LIKE ALL OTHER COOLIBAR SHIRTS I OWN. I have decided I am done with Coolibar. When you cannot get in touch with customer service and when they cannot do an exchange for you at their cost (when an item is not what it should be) then I do not want to do business with them. There are plenty of other places to get SPF clothing. After 20+ years, I am done."
