"I live in the UK. According to tracking my order has been stuck in Miami since 19th June. I've tried contacting Coolibar for weeks. A few emails and messages via website. And they haven't responded. They have the disrespect of asking me for my feedback on my order? Make it make sense?"

"I’m 5’8 and 170lbs. Chest size 38 or 40 depending on brand. Ordered a medium. Fits my shoulders, chest, and arms fine, but hangs like a sun dress. Everyone I asked about the fit said it hung way too long. Would have loved to try out a small to see if that would work, but guess what - Coolibar doesn’t offer exchanges, only returns, and they kept $8 as a return fee. I spent $46 with shipping to get this to my house, and I’m only getting $30 back. No way am I giving this company another dime. Bummer because they have a great unique fabric blend for a sun hoodie - a rare option that is 95% cotton. But not for me because of bad policies. I expect more from an online retailer."
