design and production flaws

"There's a few problems in the design and production. I received the shirt with very bad creases in the collar. Experience tells me when they're present at purchase they NEVER come out despite washing/ironing/pressing. The collar is way too big and floppy. It has some snap I guess intended so you can unfold the collar and make a covering turtleneck but the snap is on the wrong side so you have to twist the collar ends around in an odd looking way. Sleeves have nice extensions but they don't neatly tuck under the cuff. There's a big, thick, metal button sewn onto the back of the shirt which I don't see any use for (logo advertising?) using such thick thread that even carefully removing the button the threads leave holes in the fabric. Again my experience is these enlarge and leave a hole in the fabric. On the plus side it's comfortable, stretchy fabric. Had I not got it on deep sale I would have returned it."

"I am a long-term customer of Coolibar shirts, pants and hats and have never been disappointed with the quality, sizing and durability. My last purchase of two shirts was consistent with all of my previous experience with their fine quality products. When I travel or during the warm seasons in New England, I only wear Coolibar shirts, pants and hats. Coolibar is not the most inexpensive amongst their competitors but they are clearly the best!"

Nice color. Cuffs need to be folded back with snaps or it looks odd

"The only complaint is the fabric. I washed it and still, the deep wrinkles are there. Next I will try to carefully iron it. It is a snap shirt, not a button shirt, but I don't see a problem with that."
